How did you all do last week on your One More? I did pretty darn good!
This week my One More is Go Farther!
So, what do I mean?
For example: Saturday I ran, 1.3 miles. My goal when I ran Sunday – was to go farther. And I did : 1.4 miles!
So, if you walk 1 mile, go for 1.25 miles, if you swim 200 m, go for 300 m, if you run 3 miles, go for 3.5 miles.
You can do it! Push yourself that extra step!
